This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies (like browser local storage) that fit4physio.com and the PhysioPro platform use.
What we currently use

These are strictly necessary — the platform can't function (you couldn't stay logged in) without them, so no consent banner is required for this item under UK PECR.
What we don't currently use
At the time of writing, PhysioPro does not use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising or retargeting pixels, or third-party tracking scripts. [Update this section immediately if that changes] — any non-essential tracking technology added in future must be listed here and must not load until the visitor has given consent via a cookie banner.
Third-party services
Stripe, used for payment processing, may set its own cookies when you're on a checkout/billing page. These are governed by Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies, not this one.
Managing cookies & local storage
Most browsers let you clear local storage and cookies via their settings. Note that clearing your browser's local storage while using PhysioPro will log you out, since that's how your session is kept.

We'll update this page whenever the cookies/technologies we use change — particularly if analytics or marketing tools are added.
